Administrative Manager
This is an opportunity to work with the region’s leading electrical contracting company.
We are looking for a standout person to assist us to move forward in these exciting times. The administrative manager position is not your regular straight forward administration role and will also provide a focus upon the human resources element of the organisation.
The administrative manager will have the following key responsibilities and duties:
· Ensure that the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative department is upheld and continued
· Payroll entry, maintenance and updates
· Training and development allocation, records and budgets
· Setting general administrative tasks for the administrative employees
· Construct and carry out regular employee reviews
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
· Great communication and organisational skills
· Competency with technology and attention to detail
· Ability to delegate and demonstrate leadership
· Background in human resources or industrial relations is an advantage
· Be flexible, adaptive and embrace change

Electrical Apprenticeships
Each year Condamine Electric Company looks at hiring
1 to 2 apprentices with the next date for applications being January 2007.
This is an opportunity to work with the regions leading
electrical contracting firm. The position involves a four year apprenticeship
combined with four years part-time Tafe training with the Southern Queensland
Institute of Tafe. Only genuine, well-presented and enthusiastic applicants
need apply.
To be a successful candidate you must have as a minimum:
- Successful completion of Grade 12
- Relevant references
- Drivers licence
