At CEC, we firmly believe that the health and safety of our clients, employees and contractors, is our single most important responsibility.

At CEC we pride ourselves on high quality workmanship and long lasting installations.  We have a strong emphasis on professionalism in our company and are in the process of undertaking quality assurance certification (AS/NZS ISO 9001) and workplace health and safety implementation (AS 4801).  All employees undergo thorough safety inductions and must follow our strict Workplace Health and Safety procedures.

Committed to providing safe systems of work and a safe working environment where workers are protected from preventable injuries, the procedures set out in our “safety policy” help to ensure safety is the first priority on all our work sites.

Our safety focus helps to prevent accidents and delays, benefiting clients through improved project performance and a clear reduction in unanticipated costs.  We have an excellent safety record.

Additionally, we provide flu shots to employees annually along with Hepatitis B and Q Fever Immunisation.

Furthermore, through our internal policies such as code of conduct, drug and alcohol testing and various other employment policies, we protect the wellbeing of our employees and ensure a sustainable workforce for the future.
